As our Growth Marketing Manager you will help our company scale in new and existing markets and you will be responsible for building and executing our growth strategy from the ground up, owning the entire consumer lifecycle from acquisition to retention. Reporting directly into the Head of Marketing, you will be co-responsible for the top-line growth and work cross-functionally with merchandising, operations, strategic partnerships and our CEO. You will need to have a strong analytical background to help build out a dynamic database that models all critical marketing KPIs and is used to measure success and make strategic growth decisions.

 

What You Would Do: As a/the [Growth Marketing Manager], you would be responsible for [owning the customer lifecycle from acquisition to conversion to retention], including but not limited to:
- You will help company scale in new and existing markets. 

  • Create and execute on the strategies, tactics, and metrics that drive top line and bottom line growth.
  • Develop and drive new acquisition and activation of end customers by finding creative, unconventional and cost-efficient channels and ideas to increase customer conversion.
  • Set the standard for A/B testing, experimentation and iteration of data-winning tactics and campaigns
  • Scale new customer acquisition channels across organic marketing channels and paid digital
  • Play a critical role in developing a pricing, vertical and geographic expansion strategy
  • Partner with our product and merchandising teams to build out best-in-class SEO strategy to drive organic demand and traffic
  • Explore and execute guerilla marketing, viral tactics that will lead to customer growth and grow retention

 

What Success Looks Like

  • Meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Meet or exceed retention targets
  • Define campaign success metrics, analyze performance, experiment, and iterate quickly


You should have

  • Proficiency in paid marketing channels (Snap, Facebook, Google, etc.)
  • Proficiency in lifecycle and email marketing channels
  • Proficiency with rapid hypothesis-driven experimentation and analysis
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics, SQL, and analytics tools (Amplitude, GA, etc.)
  • Experience developing and testing value propositions and creative
  • Experience in developing discount incentives, sharing incentives and increasing our viral coefficient.

 

Who We Are Looking For

- Guerilla marketing experience

  • Minimum 5 years experience in digital growth/product marketing
  • Ideally has startup and/or e-commerce experience
  • Right and Left brain - creative with strong analytical skills - ability to direct, interpret and apply data to every decision
  • Experience building attribution methodologies and financial models on CAC/LTV
  • Hands-on, self-driven, analytical team player
  • Ability to work strategically with leadership executive team
  • Resilience in fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • You are scrappy and maintain a strong bias towards action.
  • You do what it takes to go from 0-100 (REAL QUICK).
