Projects the candidate will be working on:
- Home Delivery and Specialty Pharmacy Infrastructure and Operation support
Ideal Background:
- CatamaranRx, or other large Healthcare preferred, especially in Pharmacy Applications and Infrastructure
Team and Team size:
- Business Integration for multiple Domains, size of team (15)
Top Responsibilities:
- Peak Season readiness, Monitoring, reporting. Participate in various tasks with Integration/Migration activities for applications
- Assist in tracking and monitor all security vulnerabilities are in compliance
- Help with tracking and updating HAD for Peak Season
- PLM tracking review with your domain support teams
- Help with tracking all our Domain Chargebacks and assist with gathering details and possible corrections if needed
- Support monitoring ASK, CMDB, and ServiceNOW and update information for accuracies.
- Assist with updating CI Central and HAD for Application Health Assessments.
- Review Domain DR Test Plans and assist with updates and documentation of DR runbooks and overall plan.
- Participate and support with Major SW Code releases
- Help with Cloud Migration efforts for new Micro Services within your Domain
- Provide recommendations on observations of trending potential issues in the application or ecosystem of the domain
- Review and update all documentation on all Pharmacy Domains application infrastructure and ecosystem as needed
- Work to increase monitoring capabilities and help to deploy dashboards and reporting to be use for effective capacity planning and review for any gaps.
Software tools/skills:
- MSOffice Apps, ServiceNow, Splunk, Dynatrace, etc,,
Skills/attributes:
- 3-5 years All MS Office Apps, IT Background with large networks and Ecosystems
Nice to have:
- Any Oracle DB, EBS, SOA, OEM Experience, Splunk, Dynatrace, Elastic
Interview Process:
- a. How many rounds? 2
- b. Video vs. phone? Either is fine.
- c. How technical will the interviews be? As much technical knowledge can be shared on their experiences with the apps, tools and companies.
