Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direction and coaching to IT Communication team members as they shape and execute communication strategies
• Provide oversight and direct support for overall transformation communication activities
• Provide oversight and direct support for ongoing communication needs
• Partner with Comms Leader to help guide/shepherd some of the more sensitive IT communications and coordinate with Corporate Communications
• Keep Comms Leader informed and aligned to ongoing priorities and work of the team
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in communications, public relations, journalism or marketing.
• 10+ years in a communications, public relations, marketing or public affairs role in a corporate or agency setting (8 years with Masters)
• Mastery of modern communications tactics and capabilities, such as social and digital media, intranets, and other vehicles.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 360 platforms, including the use of SharePoint, Teams, Skype for Video, Yammer and other associated 360 applications used in internal communications.

• Seasoned communication leader
• Solid corporate communications experience (internal/external)
• Specific experience in IT/Technology communications
• Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to collaborate effectively
• Strong executive consulting skills
• Strong business acumen
• Experience creating/developing communication strategies, messaging and plans from an executive and functional viewpoint
• Demonstrated experience providing tactical solutions as well as strategic direction in communication initiatives
• Excellent communication, writing, editing and project management skills; proven storyteller capable of creating compelling narratives
• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and multi-task while quickly prioritizing projects and communicating priorities to stakeholders
• Organizational change management experience
