POSITION?OVERVIEW AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Execute and collaborate on the digital strategy set by the brand teams and agency partners 
• Craft briefs with internal partners  
• Collaborate across technical, creative, strategy, and business teams to deliver UX/UI projects and content publishing for highly trafficked consumer facing web sites 
• Plan and maintain project schedules with all members of the project 
• Keep all parties updated on the status of digital creative projects 
• Highlight risks and issues early in the project life-cycle and develop creative mitigation strategies 
• Facilitate conversations between creative agency partners, UX/UI designers, development teams, and business partners 
• Leverage project management software to track project details 
• Facilitate review sessions, capture feedback, and document/respond to change requests 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 
• A project manager at heart 
• 3+ years agency project management or relevant experience in digital 
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, Online Media Ad Units, Social Media Best Practices and the process of video creation. MS Office knowledge important. GatherContent and Sitecore understanding helpful.
• A commitment to quality, doing things the right way through the right channels 

CRITICAL SKILLS
• Excellent organizational skills: Be highly organized to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to a high standard while keeping all parties updated and ensuring project administration and billing is completed 
• Have the ability to translate very technical terminology to non-digital stakeholders 
• Be comfortable managing a range of different projects with multiple design and development teams and stakeholders 
• Be innovative in the project management and digital production space 
• Be self-driven and operate with a learning mindset
