Primary duties will include:
- Developing and maintaining project timelines.
- Securing and managing (matrixed) project resources.
- Managing project risk and issues.
- Developing project budget and maintaining project finances.
- Providing periodic (at least monthly) formal status reports.
Key Project Deliverables will include (but are not limited to):
- Monthly status report
- Project schedule/time
- Issues log
- Risk register
- Stakeholder management plan
- Capital and expense budget
- Resource plan
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Competency in using MS Office suite of tools (including MS Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook, and Project).
- Project management methodology familiarity and experience (traditional/waterfall and Iterative/Agile/Scrum).
