Job description:

  • Responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the health of our order management operations to make clients first-to-market in the advertising media space.
  • (An order refers to committed Vendor funded advertising campaigns via managed and/or self-serve capabilities.)
  • Assist with enhancements that improve the end to end order management process and technical systems (licensed and/or clientts proprietary)
  • Technical and administrative system admin tasks for Roundel’s order management system(s), such as adjustments to system configuration and new data flows.
  • Execute the compliance and governance practice and ensure it is maintained.
  • Lead training programs for all Roundel stakeholders.
  • Develop business health dashboards and reports.


Qualifications & Experience required:

  • Bachelor degree required (4 years)
  • 5-7 years related industry experience
  • 1-3 years of experience with order management software, Prisma/Mediaocean preferred
  • Experience in SAAS configuration (Prisma or like solution) using validation rules, Workflow Rules, Flows, Process Builders, roles & profiles, security features, custom settings, custom apps and objects, formula fields, custom views, and other features of intermediate complexity
  • Computer science or data analytics background preferred
  • Experience working with middleware tools, integrations, and APIs
  • Strong analytical skills and data acumen
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
