Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • Digital Products - Mobile/Portal
  • Availability and Performance Monitoring (including Peak Season)
  • Stability and Reliability Engineering
  • Develop/update technical documentation and diagrams

  • Digital, 4 on/off shore peers, 10+ indirect peers.

Top Responsibilities:

  • Availability and Performance Monitoring
  • Participate in high-priority war rooms and summarize/provide updates to key stakeholders
  • Assist with incident/problem RCA and identification of trends
  • Identify key performance indicators and leverage monitoring tools to track trending/deviation from baselines
  • Participate in pre-release performance/load testing as a technical SME, using KPIs to assess performance against baselines
  • Provide input and data analysis on a weekly/monthly basis for a set of services within the digital portfolio
  • Stability and Reliability Engineering
  • Assess and monitor overall application stability and performance, providing insight to areas for potential improvement
  • Identify risk areas and work collaboratively to address and remediate
  • Monitor infrastructure capacity and performance, track the remediation of enterprise identified security vulnerabilities
  • Support technology modernization efforts, providing insights on opportunities for automation and optimization
  • Develop/update technical documentation and diagrams.

Interview Process:

  • a. How many rounds? 2 initial and final
  • b. Video vs. phone? Initial phone, final if candidate is local face to face
  • c. How technical will the interviews be? We will ask technical questions as it relates to there experience. Meaning if they say they have experience in a technology we will ask technical questions.
