  • Experience with basic HTML coding and the ability to use this knowledge to troubleshoot issues they may encounter when building pages
    • Experience using a Content Management System, specifically SiteCore, to build and publish content on a website - This is a MUST have
    • Ability to appropriately tag and set access parameters as directed by client
    • Basic knowledge of SEO optimization principles and ability to apply metadata tags, etc.
    • Experience using Eloqua is a plus
    • Strong attention to detail

Day to Day responsibilities:

  •  1. Review assigned tickets in Workfront and/ or Content Hub.
    2. Build out webpage content pages by taking the information in the work request and putting it in the appropriate fields in the content management platform, Sitecore.
    3. Troubleshoot issues with page rendering using HTML knowledge to modify the page code. This could range from reformatting bullets to resizing images.
    4. Add SEO metadata and topic tags into Sitecore page template as appropriate.
    5. Once page is complete, work with content teams via Workfront/Content Hub to get sign-off on page build before publishing.
    6. Publish webpages on our company website using Sitecore.
    7. Ability to send emails through Marketing Automation Software like Eloqua or Marketo

  • Part of team &  Acquisition and Retention Marketing; ~10 staff members

Software tools/skills:

  •  Sitecore a must; also Workfront and Eloqua
