Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • Enhancements to PeopleSoft HCM.

Team and Team size:

  • Team led by Manager with three Business Analysts

Top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)

  • Adhere to standard SLDC methodology (Requirements, Design, Development, Deploy)
  • Serve as a liason between Business and Technology
  • Provide creative solutions for complex issues
  • Documentation and training for new enhancements
  • System Testing and coordination of UAT testing

Software tools/skills:

  • 5+ years experience with PeopleSoft HCM
  • Experience with Time & Labor systems
  • Experience with Accrual processing


  • PeopleSoft HCM
  • PeopleSoft Payroll module
  • Core Business Analytic skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to serve as a change manager
  • Ability to operate with little supervision

Nice to have:

  • Project Management
  • SQL Reporting
  • Kronos or other Time and Labor system
