Job Summary
ServiceNow Administrator will manage the day-to-day operations of the company’s ServiceNow environment and provide integrated team support and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform in a corporate environment. 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Support, administration and maintenance includes, but is not limited to the following:  User/Group/Role Management, List/Form Updates, Catalog Items/Service Portal, Workflows, Creating Tables and Fields, PPM, Timesheets and Orchestration
Work directly with end users to resolve support issues and fulfill requests within ServiceNow
See projects through from start (Requirements) to finish (Implementation) with little to no guidance/supervision; work independently
Design, develop and implement new configurations and customizations for ServiceNow
Build and deploy system integrations and process automation within the ServiceNow instance and other Information Services applications
Author and maintain internal technical and process documentation related to the platform
Advise and guide on how to get the most out of the product and learn about the latest product features
Skills, Knowledge & Education

Required
2-5 years of overall ServiceNow administration experience including development, design and implementation
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Computer Engineering; or Associate Degree and equivalent work experience
Prior ServiceNow technical knowledge and strong platform architecture understanding with ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with clients at multiple levels as well as the ability to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to complete multiple projects simultaneously, and in a timely manner
Proven experience working across functional areas and driving continuous improvement
Strong self-motivation, attention to detail, accuracy and accountability
Must have thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes
In-depth understanding of ServiceNow functionality and how ITIL processes can be implemented in ServiceNow
Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, MID and SSO in an administrative capacity

Preferred
ITIL Foundations Certification
Experience building custom applications within ServiceNow
Working knowledge of design, coding, testing methodologies and debugging
Has attended ServiceNow Advanced System Administration courses
An understanding of Agile development and delivery
