  • Should be flexible and comfortable with ever so changing business priorities. Lot of the projects' scope will be implementing pilots with cross functional teams, presenting the results to Senior Leadership for a broader implementation and resource assignment.
  • Lead projects approved and aligned with Accessibility Leadership including reviewing schedules, risks and issues while monitoring continuous improvement plans.
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize collected requirements and define the scope of the project or project phases. Identify resources needed and proposed timeline.
  • Assemble project plans and teamwork assignments, directing work efforts on a daily basis, identifying and communicating resource needs, performing quality reviews, and escalating compliance, quality, and timeline issues appropriately.
  • Identify how project success will be measured and establish the Key Performance Indicators that will be used to track progress along the way and before/after results.
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting on key project milestones and adjusting project and/or resource plans as necessary.
  • Identify, manage and track the status of deliverables throughout the project lifecycle; redefine as necessary
  • Status Reporting for Accessibility Leadership on all Accessibility compliance projects.
  • Communicate frequently with Leadership, internal and external stakeholders to achieve the highest level of preparedness for the internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively meets with the internal customers of an assigned project to provide project status updates and reporting and to gather project-related feedback.
  • Conduct retrospective analysis of the projects for betterment of future outcomes.
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately maintained.
  • Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills. specialized knowledge of Project Management tools, Visio, Excel, Word. 2-5 years of experience.
  • Experience with Accessibility/D&I/Disability space is preferred.
