Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • Optum is providing a Provider Services Module to a client. The Provider Services solution will replace and modernize provider enrollment and management functionality provided by the legacy MMIS.

Ideal Background:

  • The ideal candidate has experience supporting a IT application in a 24/7 environment and is familiar with healthcare data and processes.
  • They will also have experience with Mulesoft and Openshift applications.

Experience:

  • Production Support Experience.

Top Requirements:

  • * Mulesoft – 2-5 years
    * MongoDB – 2-5 years
    * Openshift – 2-5 years

Team and Team size:

  • Part of a team & The person will be a member of the MT PSM M&O Team

Top Responsibilities:

  • Designing, developing and managing/maintaining PEP & OIL solutions built on the OFE platform
    • Perform testing on PEP & OIL releases
    • Develop, test, implement and maintain application software working with established processes.
    • Communicate effectively with other developers & business teams
    • Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications of developed projects
    • Provide technical support and consultation for application and infrastructure questions
    • Provider Enrollment Portal Development/enhancements and problem solve
    • Assist in managing and coordinating all production support related activities.
    • Provide leadership in critical production issue resolution both (Priority 1 and Priority 2)
    • Responsibility, at a high level, includes application availability, reliability and stability on a 7 x 24 x 365 basis
    • Be willing to work on a 24x7 on call basis as needed.
    • Function as a team lead and technical SME for Mulesoft Angular7, MongoDB
    • Ensure timely resolution of all production issues meeting or exceeding SLAs
    • Ensure that the work delivered by the team is of high quality
    • Work with business to prioritize production issues for resolution
    • Ensure that all documentation has been updated and that work product meets compliance requirements.
    • Conduct or facilitate root cause analysis on all in-scope incidents and recommend a corrective action plan.

  • -Communicate effectively with other developers business teams
    -Team Lead experience. Provide leadership in critical production issue resolution
    -Service Management Experience.

    c. How technical will the interviews be? Mix – will ask about procedural troubleshooting techniques and some fundamental technical questions
