Position Summary :

  • Provide Level 2 helpdesk support.
  • Answers more complex questions about installation and operation of assigned products and escalating all other issues to Level 3 support.
  • Responsibilities include maintaining, developing and supporting personal computers, servers, local and wide area network, software, and data communications technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Resource will assist on project updating ITSM (Service Manger), adding & removing VDIs and owners.
  • Opening tickets to remove users from security groups, un-assigning users from and deleting VDIs.
 Top 3 skills you are looking for in a qualified candidate:
  • Experience with service management incident and request tools such as Micro Focus Service Manager.
  • General knowledge or experience with virtual desktop infrastructure, VMWare a plus
  • Process oriented
