The Program Manager  will serve as a key member of the transformation of the PMO. The Program Manager will assist the PMO to ensure that key strategic initiatives and projects are scheduled and managed according to specified project management standards - helping drive and develop processes. 

Core responsibilities:
•    Define and develop the project management framework, processes, and tools
•    Help leaders with resource planning; report and manage issues relating to any critical resource conflicts
•    Developing program/project management best practices/templates 
•    Providing leadership to project teams
•    Articulate the business impact of plan modifications including workload, cost, limitations and risk.
•    Support quality and timeliness of execution across the project portfolio and higher priority programs. 
•    Monitoring dependencies across multiple inter-related projects
•    Seek out and execute creative alternatives to project challenges; challenge standards and partner with supporting projects to deliver results.
•    Tracking and communication of project status and key metrics
•    Consolidation of status reporting across multiple entities, departments and programs
•    Drive execution on plans and initiatives through follow up and reporting
•    Cross-project problem solving and escalation
•    Cross-entities project execution coordination
•    Portfolio data filling, updates and verification
•    Produce and maintain a comprehensive listing of committed projects and new project requests.

Essential Skills and Experience:
•    Bachelor’s Degree required
•    PMP certification 
•    Minimum 10 Years’ experience in Project Management including years of experience in Project Management Office Management
•    Project Management Software Proficiency
