PProjects the candidate will be working on:

Team and Team size:

  • Part of a team & Product Management

Top Responsibilities:

  • Authoring Features and User Stories
  • Support and Drive the vision of their Product
  • Analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex data
  • Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning
  • Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities through analysis
  • Develop recommended business solutions through research and analysis of data and business process and implement when appropriate
  • Skills with influencing others to get to end results, using crucial conversations and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to facilitate meetings effectively - with large audience and with Sr. Leadership
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required

Software tools/skills:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, related field or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ year of experience in Product Ownership
  • Experience gathering requirements from the client/business and documenting Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes required.
  • Agile experience required
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to communicate analysis including trends and opportunities to clients and the business in writing and verbally Ability to problem solve including multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data Working knowledge of relational databases, database structure

Interview Process:

  • (Face to face, phone, Skype, or a combination of the three)
    Combination of phone and video conference.
