  • Develop and own relationships with internal stakeholders to fully understand their marketing programs.
  • Proactively consult with the digital marketing managers to ensure campaign KPIs are established, aligned with program objectives, and are being appropriately measured.
  • Deliver reporting and accompanying insights to your stakeholders meeting their stated needs and identify opportunities for additional analysis.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and proactively bring solutions and recommendations to key stakeholders based on your analysis.
  • Present analysis and recommendations to senior level management.
  • Work with Enterprise Marketing Analytics team and other stakeholders to identify and develop the key data needed for complete analysis and reporting.
  • Identify & implement best-in-class measurement practices across a full range of digital marketing tactics, including websites, email, SEM, SEO, social media, and mobile marketing.
  • Develop analytics tagging requirements for assigned campaigns.
  • Triage and respond to requests related to all data issues.
  • Search out solutions and fix reporting and tagging issues that prevent accurate reporting.

13) List required Education/Experience/Skills a candidate must have to successfully perform the above duties/tasks

  • Bachelors degree and 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and Google Campaign Manager.
  • Experience with Email, Display, and SEM campaigns.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with Tableau and Google Data Studio.
  • Experience with developing and maintaining campaign-level reporting to facilitate conversations with stakeholders at varying levels
  • Proven ability to balance competing priorities effectively and manage multiple priorities with limited management oversight.
