Senior Application Developer –
6 Months Contract to Hire
*Must pass a drug test and background check once offered position*

- MRCP Platform (Medicare & Retirement)

- Part of scrum team
***This role is expected to primarily focus on technical implementations/reviews but should be flexible to support all key sprinting & support responsibilities. Following are some of the expected technical skillsets:

a.3) Cloud native development, Dockers, Containers
a.4) Micro-service architecture
a.5) JSON based REST Webservices
a.6) Hibernate, MySQL

b.5) Monitoring & Tracing tools
Top Responsibilities:
- Analyze, develop technical solutions and code to meet business requirements
- Implements coding practices consistent with defined conventions
- Provides valuable insights in development code reviews
- Performs unit and comprehensive testing for overall quality assurance of functional and technical quality of deliverables
- Tracks the project status and communicates status to scrum team as appropriate
- Actively participates in all sprint meetings (Planning, Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review and Retrospectives)
- Assists in developing standardized work processes, tools, and methodologies that improve quality and profitability
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Providing accurate and timely estimates for technical tasks
Skills/attributes:
- JAVA DevOPs
- Self Starter with strong communication skills
Interview Process:

- c. How technical will the interviews be? Technical as a technical lead will be conducting at least one round.
