Top Responsibilities:

  • • Design and develop highly scalable, cloud-native applications on the Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud platform
    • Strategize, plan and manage all processes related to continuous integration, continuous delivery, and process automation.
    • Enforce strict compliance and security requirements in accordance with HIPAA regulations and best practices.
    • Collaborate with Architects, DevOps Engineers, Team Members, Product Owners and Engineers across the organization to deliver a comprehensive solution.
    • Continuously improve the speed, reliability and quality of our product delivery.
    • Participate in peer design and code reviews as part of the Dev-Ops process.
    • Follow modern Dev-Ops process using Git and Continuous Integration tools.
    • Understand Force.com capabilities, governor limits, limit monitoring and best practices for limit-informed development.
    • Effectively collaborate with project team to understand the requirements, analyze them and apply new technologies to implement optimal solutions.
    • Build integrations to interact with external systems based on instructions and pre-established guidelines from a Technical Architect.
    • Influences the team designs and solutions. Mentors software engineers through code reviews and hands-on design sessions.
    • Contributes meaningfully to code reviews of teams’ work, providing collaborative guidance in areas of strength.
    • Continues to receive guidance on own code reviews primarily around solution refinement rather than overall direction. Able to explain implementation decisions and push back appropriately.
    • Learns from feedback and applies to future deliverables.
    • Incorporates automation in test, build, and deploy processes to drive team efficiency
    • Introduces automation to replace repeated manual processes
    • Incorporates proactive monitors, logging, and alerting into the definition of done
    • Understands most common security threats and patterns at both the application layer and infrastructure layers and delivers solutions devoid of them.
    • Helps to unblock the team when there a blockages
    • Considers the User Experience, business impact, and solution objective when managing development and design of solutions
    • Spends time with users and delivers initiatives that drive value and NPS improvements

Software tools/skills:

  • • 5+ years of experience with Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages and Lightning Components (Aura framework)
    • 5+ years of experience with Force.com Workflows, Lightning Flows, and Process Builder
    • 5+ or more years of direct experience in Salesforce Development
    • 3+ years of experience with Git
    • 3+ years of experience with agile development methodologies.
    • 3+ years of experience ensuring your code builds and deploys properly through Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment processes built in Jenkins or other SF deployment tools.
    • Certified as Platform Developer I
    • Active Salesforce Admin certification (Current)
    • Experience configuring workflows, Lightning pages, process builders and flows
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Good Communication skills
    • Adaptability and able to perform under pressure
    • Tenacity to resolve issues cross-functionally

Skills/attributes:

Nice to have:

  • • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud
    • Knowledge on Salesforce Lightning security and performance features
    • Knowledge on Salesforce Shield technologies including Event Monitoring, Field Audit Trail, Transaction Security and Platform Encryption
    • Apex REST and SOAP Web Services, Apex Callouts, Outbound Messaging and JavaScript Remoting
    • Event messaging, Streaming API and Platform Events
    • Understand the principals of building managed packages for AppExchange and be familiar with the security requirements and guidelines
    • Experience or exposure to cloud technologies.
    • Degree in computer science or equivalent.
    • Healthcare domain knowledge

    c. How technical will the interviews be? I split it 60% on the technology, 20% on teamwork and individual skills and 20% on management
