POSITION SUMMARY: 
The role of the Project Coordinator is to support the Project Manager in the delivery of the project from an administrative and junior project management perspective. This is achieved through effective: 
• Document Management 
• Budget Management 
• Report collation 
• Communications 
• Administrative Support 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 
• Ensure all project information, documentation and products are correctly identified and stored 
o Ensure document control and versioning that provides consistent formatting, naming and version conventions 
o Publication of all documents on the project intranet site 
? Create and maintain an internal project SharePoint site for all documentation and key infor-mation 
• Create and update staffing rosters Support the Project Manager in the management of the project budget 
o Supports and assists in the capture and tracking of purchase requisitions, purchase orders and invoices, reporting on variances between actual and spend within the project 
? Supports in the development and management of the CAR Process 
o Supports in the development and management of the organization’s financial project funding process 
• Collate all information relevant to project reporting (lateral and upwards) 
o Collaborate with process teams to build and understand the strategy and vision of the project 
o Partner with other project coordinators/Program management teams in the regions 
o Assist Project Manager in managing issues associated with interdependence and change management 
• To setup, track and maintain project schedule and resource plan for the project 
• To support project by logging, tracking and maintaining issues, risk, decision and change logs 
• Accountable for the implementation of all communication activities as directed by the Project Manager 
o Create and maintain an internal project SharePoint site for all documentation and key information 
o Coordinate with PMO Communications on all material prior to issue 
• Overall accountability for all administrative duties including: 
o Coordination of meetings including management of diaries, hiring of rooms and equipment 
o Minute all meetings and distribute as required 
• Assist Project Manager in preparing communications to stakeholders Establish and maintain PMO standards in line with Business Owner and Project Sponsor needs 
o Act as a role model by “living” and demonstrating the Medtronic Core competencies and values 
o Foster a positive, engaging and challenging team – focused “global” work environment to ensure high productivity, employee engagement, and optimal performance 

EXPERIENCE: 
• More than 3 years’ experience in a project environment 
• 2+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree 
• Finance Management 
• Experience in Microsoft Office Products 
• SharePoint creation and maintenance 
• Report creation 
• Microsoft Project Server Experience 

EDUCATION: 
o High level of competency in Microsoft Office 
o Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form 
o Ability to communicate and document complex issues and procedures 
o Ability to handle multiple projects and activities, deal with change, and work with a variety of person-ality types 
o Advanced skill in MS Excel 
o Basic level of competency in Microsoft Project 
o Good interpersonal skills 
o Ability to work in a fast paced environment 
o Ability to work well under pressure and maintain positive, enthusiastic attitude 
o Eagerness to learn and expand responsibilities 
o Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationships
