Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • .Modify HCM Peoplesoft changes to GL string (Finance Integration)

Team and Team size:

  • .Part of Team
  • The current team is called Human Capital Technology - International HR/Payroll. The team supports system changes for  Company's international locations. There is a manager, 2 Business Analysts, and a Consultant currently on the team.

Top Responsibilities:

  • * Plan an integration between HR and Finance
    * Manage software deliverables though the full SDLC
    * Coordinate and detail effective user story/requirement gathering sessions
    * Conduct fit/gap analysis
    * Liaise between the business and IT to form workable solutions
    * Test deliverables
    * Organize and fix defects
    * Deliver deployment plans
    * Conduct Training

Software tools/skills:

  • * 5+ years in working with enterprise Human Resource system or equivalent experience, for a large organization.
    * 5+ years of experience and proficiency in Microsoft software, including advanced Excel skills

Skills/attributes:

  • * Experience integrating HCM systems and Financial systems
    * Strong Core HR Knowledge
    * Strong verbal and written communication skills
    * Strong customer service skills
    * Strong analytic skills
    * Strong organizational skills and must be detail-oriented

     

Nice to have:

  • * PeopleSoft
    * HR/Payroll functional knowledge
    * International HCM experience
Interview Process:
  • Face to face, phone, Skype, or a combination of the three
