Business Systems Analyst will provide technical support, application integration, and training for internal stakeholders. A thorough understanding of ERP business practices in Accounting, Fixed Assets, Payroll, Human Resources, Purchasing, Sales and Shipping is required. Analyst will be the bridge between internal stakeholders and the technology solutions as well as be the liaison to the business software vendors and consultants. 

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Completes research and data analysis to provide recommendations for business process improvements. 
  • Develops and executes project plans. 
  • Creates and executes test plans for application upgrades. 
  • Works with internal stakeholders to meet requirements of federal and state law. 

Must have:
  • 5+ years applicable experience minimum.
  • Solid experience with Dynamics Great Plains integration, manufacturing module.
  • Seeking inventory experience and/or distribution experience.
  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management Information Systems or Computer Science.
  • Any experience working with semiconductors.
  • An ability to code. 
  • Experience in Workday.
  • Knowledge of MS-SQL and report writing with MS-SSRS.
Soft skills:
  • Possesses strong communication skills and be Detail oriented.
  • Analytical, organized and responsible.
  • Has solid organizational and time management skills and have the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Must be able to adapt to changing requirements and be deadline-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.
