Description:

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide support and technical creative expertise in the deployment of email campaigns and landing pages.
  • This position will be responsible primarily for the creation of marketing emails and landing pages but will also assist in QA and deployment of campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • The role will be responsible for the creative development of emails from receipt of creative assets, through campaign setup and ultimately deployment.
  • This includes coding HTML emails, amending code to enable dynamic content, testing functionality and rendering, executing test sends and revisions and managing approvals.
  • Also required is the ability to prepare subscriber lists and schedule deployments through the Marketing Cloud application.
  • The position also acts as a steward for the brand, email accessibility and industry best practices.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or related field
  • Three or more years of experience in marketing or financial industry
  • Knowledge of Email marketing principles and best practices
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Ampscript Proficiency
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of Internet development technologies (HTML, XML, Web Services, web development tools etc.)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Impeccable eye for detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Quality assurance
  • Familiarity with pulling Salesforce reports to generate sending lists
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience required
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is desired
