The Site Production Contractor will support with day-to-day and tactical activities required to maintain website operations during Fall & Holiday 2020. This role will support content & promotional changes, cross-functional routing, and additional areas as required to respond to business needs.

Primary responsibilities: Support eCommerce operations for the website, including but not limited to:

• Coordinate and execute site updates for daily pricing & promotions, special events, and floor set launches.
• Create and validate promotions including verifying offer logic, iterating promotional disclaimers, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Learn the details of all toolset functionality, processes for set-up, and overall team roles & responsibilities.
• Assist in tracking and resolving site, email & app issues.
• Partner with Merchants, Creative, Marketing, and Technical Operations to ensure all deliverable's and deadlines are met.
• Assist in user acceptance testing for website releases of new features.
• Create documentation noting internal processes including training material or process guides.
• Perform quality assurance testing such as website & app proofing, marketing email testing, promotion code testing, etc.
• Coordinate cross-functional milestones for theme launches and special events.
• Assist in proactively communicating with the customer care center regarding new functionality, A/B testing, daily updates, and promotional nuances.


• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
• 3-5 years of related digital experience preferred.
• Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Experience with SharePoint, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or Workfront Proof a plus.
• Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to multi-task and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and an eye for design.
• Able to work cross functionally and coordinate with outside vendors
• Experience learning new technical applications.
