Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • Eligibility Data Management with focus on eligibility modernization

Team and Team size:

  • Will be part of a Eligibility Data management team
  • Candidate will be part of eligibility data management team, working with scrum teams, technical architects and X-app teams.

Top Responsibilities:

  • Lead, plan and provide design to address business requirements and value.
  • Elicit, analyze, document and translate functional and non-functional requirements into Features and User Stories for scrum teams
  • Support and drive the planning and estimating process
  • Own and drive delivery of requirements with stakeholders and scrum teams
  • Support analysis, communicating impact and resolving production issues
  • Consult with stakeholders, partners and scrum teams on business, operations and technology solutions
  • Consult with stakeholders and scrum teams on adoption of best practices and methodologies
  • Demonstrate and apply understanding of business - Health plan design & member enrollment & eligibility maintenance functions

Software tools/skills:

  • Expert in business and systems analysis with solid knowledge of software engineering and design principles.
  • Possess broad skills across technology platforms
  • Expert Agile experience and knowledge
  • Expert healthcare (plan design, member enrollment & eligibility) experience and knowledge
  • Past technical experience in legacy and java based stack
  • Expert SQL skills

Skills/attributes:

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in varied technology roles
  • 8+ years work experience in business and systems analysis
  • 3+ years work experience as business or systems analyst in healthcare domain with specific focus on plan design, member enrollment & eligibility
  • 3+ years experience as software engineer and/or Quality engineer
  • 5+ years experience in Agile as Product Owner and/or Solution Architect
  • Expert Agile experience and knowledge

Nice to have:

  • 2+ years of Hands-on technical experience in mainframe, java technology stack
  • experience as Scrum Master and/or RTE
  • exposure to Dev/ops

Interview Process:

  • a. How many rounds? 2
  • b. Video vs. phone? Video
  • c. How technical will the interviews be? We are not expecting candidates to show or write code. However, we will do some scenarios to assess design skills
