Marketing Project Manager

Project management support for a marketing rebranding project. Looking for some to work with Creative team to update existing materials with new branding requirements

Daily Responsibilities/Job Description:
Assist with the rebranding of marketing materials and content to support a corporate project.
Responsibilities include:

  • Project management of master list of materials that need to be updated
  • Creating master documents and templates
  • Uploading materials into internal systems for review
  • Managing edits from Subject Matter Experts, internal business partners and clients
  • Managing multiple client versions of master documents/templates
  • Quality Assurance and reviews
  • Will interact with internal project team members on a daily basis, potential client interactions depending on the project

Qualifications/years of experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience, minimum
  • Ability to strategize on marketing campaigns and see through inception to press.
  • Must be able to creatively write content and then create a finished product to be sent out for marketing purposes.
  • Ability to head up marketing projects within deadline and budget.

Must Haves:

  • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at one time

Technology Requirements:

  • Previous experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Project management software/experience
