Graphic Production Artist

Individual contributor responsible for production and execution of in-store training materials, across multiple platforms (video, presentations and print collateral) to drive engagement, sales and loyalty. Must be able to manage multiple projects within a fast paced environment that are on spec, on time and on brand.

Specifically, this position will:

  • Coordinate traffic and production timelines from initiation of jobs to final release to print/online
  • Collaborates with project managers, fellow designers and Manager to ensure effective project completion
  • Consistently meet project deadlines and maintain high level of work while managing multiple projects
  • Ensure designs are in alignment to evolving brand standards and are maintaining brand consistency
  • Keep up with currents trends in marketing, design and applicable design technology
  • Reviewing and adjusting project layouts prior to production. This aspect of the role will include a multitude of different responsibilities, from ensuring that proofs have the correct bleed and checking files for compatibility across devices to proofreading to spot errors in page text.


  • Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills
  • Adaptable and quick learner
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud with basic proficiency in UX/UI design
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team as well as work individually
  • Knowledgable in graphic production process
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment with shifting priorities
  • Must demonstrate sophisticated aesthetic, technical skill, and knowledge of current design trends
  • Strong understanding of design principles including composition, color, and hierarchy of messaging, emphasizing the use of typography and photography in layout
