  • Plans, organizes and prioritizes own daily work routine to meet established schedule
  • Exercises authority and judgment within defined limits to determine appropriate action.
  • Responsible for gathering transportation performance data for ADD contracted carriers
  • Monitors the carrier’s on-time performance and quality of shipments by reviewing and validating the carrier performance reports
  • Collect data from business partners to drive LCDC Logistics initiatives
  • Monitors supplier / provider performance in order to communicate unexpected changes proactively 
  • May demonstrate basic project management skills by acting as project lead on small, well defined projects.
  • Exercises authority and judgment within defined limits to determine appropriate action.
  • Responsible for maintaining third party freight bill payment portal data while having the ability to extract pertinent reports to meet business needs / objectives
  • Ability to use data analysis to aid in solving critical business problems
  • Mining data from primary and secondary sources, then reorganizing said data in a format that can be easily read
  • effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
  • Creating appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process


  • Bachelor’s degree plus 2-5 years of related work experience preferred with a good understanding of specified functional area, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Must demonstrate advanced Microsoft Excel skills (V-Lookup, Macros, Etc.)
  • Working knowledge of Power BI preferred
  • Experience using SAP
  • Self-starter
