An experience architect (XA) is a professional adept at planning and designing the user experience architecture of our customer-facing interfaces. The XA understands the methods and tools for creating taxonomies, user flow diagrams and screen layouts, and fundamentally understands the methods and concepts related to findability and usability.
The ideal candidate is passionate yet patient; confident yet humble. They take initiative to thoroughly understand our customers and the finance industry. They are driven to create findable, usable, world-class experiences. This candidate loves collaboration, and can articulately communicate and clearly translate functional objectives into detailed experience specifications.
HM Overview: Consumer Lending Ecosystem is a potential new journey team at the bank. It is still in the planning phase. Consumer borrowing behavior is shifting to new entrants/channels focused primarily on unsecured loans. This includes shifting from banker assisted products to digital self service and point-of-sale loan experiences. This pre-capex team will help define the strategy from a user perspective as well as create and validate any needed proofs of concept. Once the CapEx is approved, there is the potential for this team to expand into a full UXDesign journey team.
