This contract role supports the ongoing development of the company’s compensation strategy in order to attract, retain and motivate employees while supporting business initiatives and growth.
  • Provide consulting to business leaders and HRBPs on a range of day-to-day compensation issues, including market analysis for new positions and promotions.
  • Provide analytical support for a variety of compensation initiatives and variable pay programs
  • Participate in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary data
  • Collaborate and provide analysis/recommendations on compensation strategy for the company through compensation owned projects
  • Participate in compensation owned workday processes and administration
Experience, Education & Certifications: 
  • 4-6 years Compensation experience
  • 4 year college degree or equivalent
  • Proven experience acting as a subject matter expert to the business
Knowledge, skills & abilities: 
  • Advanced level Excel skills (required).
  • Knowledgeable in compensation best practices, AIP & MIP accruals (required).
  • Adept at understanding complex concepts and situations presented by the business
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change, multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High-level demonstrated integrity; able to maintain confidential information
