Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • Dev/Ops Scrum Team.
  • Development and support for new business features for delivering Payer ACH payments to providers

Ideal Background:

  • Innovative, forward thinker, with at least 4 years of experience in J2ee, Spring, ORM Frameworks, Shell Scripting, XML/JSON, SOAP/REST Services.
  • Payments experience would be ideal but not required.


  • Factors that would set a candidate apart from another are: years of experience, experience in Azure Cloud, demonstrating innovation

Top Requirements:

  • Must have at least 4 years of experience with the following:
    • a. J2EE, Spring, ORM Frameworks
    • b. Shell Scripting (ksh/bash)
    • c. XML/JSON
    • d. SOAP/REST Services.

Team and Team size:

  • 9 person Scrum team (Development, QE and Ops resources).

Top Responsibilities:

  • 1)Designing, developing, and unit testing (manual and automated) of new application functionality
  • 2) Interpreting requirements and functional designs into technical application design
  • 3) Participate in code and design reviews
  • 4) Troubleshooting issues and providing maintenance support for the application/application teams

Software tools/skills:

  • Java Full Stack Developer (J2EE, Sprint, ORM Frameworks)
  • Shell Scripting (ksh/bash)
  • SOAP/REST Services.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in a DevOps environment
  • Experience with IBM Transformation Extender (ITX) is a plus

  • a. 1-2 rounds for a technical interview, webex with video
  • b. How technical will the interviews be? Pretty technical
