ASSIGNMENT RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Act as the project liaison, fully knowledgeable of all photo shoot details, roles and responsibilities of all crew members 
  • Create and update a calendar invite on production calendar with all shoot details to inform all partners involved of the schedule an details of the shoot
  • Work with Art Directors and/or Creative Managers to make crew selects; makes recommendations based on knowledge of specialties, skill level, etc. 
  • Responsible for the budget oversight; estimating and cost reconciliation to ensure project comes in within budget
  • Responsible for keeping the overall schedule on track, trouble shooting, inserting themselves appropriately and representing Target to ensure an on-brand experience for the crew 
  • Responsible for scheduling and booking contractor or staff photo teams 
  • Schedule/book models
  • Support for external vendor web site
  • Help with maintenance of model profiles as well as assistant for casting
  • Attend pick up meetings
  • Coordinate scheduling and attend pre-production meetings
  • For Model shoots: provide preliminary model casting options to Creative
  • Generate vendor request forms
  • Greets models/parents
  • Have models complete forms and fax to vendor
  • Arrange transportation for out of town talent
  • Partner with Sample Coordinators to manage late samples
  • Checks frequently with teams shooting to ensure they are on schedule and ensure all production needs are met


QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Associates or BA Photography, Media, Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Business Management or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years in producer role or professional experience in photo studio or agency
  • Working knowledge of photography workflows and scheduling, production budgets, estimating and financial reporting and product/merchandise management systems data/records
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Adobe including Acrobat and Photoshop
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to break down complex workflows into manageable parts and managing to specific deadlines
