Client is seeking a contract associate data analyst to help develop and maintain daily/weekly/monthly operating metrics in support of broader continuous improvement activities.  This team member will work with a variety of cross-functional teams to provide pull routine reports, research missing elements with the output of actionable data. Daily duties include, but are not limited to, running standard daily reports, data entry of additional data, creation of output metrics, and distributing standardized reports to leadership and other key stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Runs and updates new and existing reports to support continuous improvement and special projects within the Supply Chain
  • Distributes high quality (accurate and timely) reports and data on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Provides a high level of service for internal and external customers
  • Triages, troubleshoots and resolves incidents and problems as assigned
  • Executes tasks and manages processes according to established procedures
  • Ensures consistent reporting quality through the testing and evaluation of data quality.
  • May assist in continuous improvement projects to enhance their understanding of Supply Chain processes

  • Meets customer requirements and deadlines with all deliverables, projects, tasks and activities
  • Flexibility with competing priorities that may arise that hinders their ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
Position Requirements: 
  • Experience, Education & Certifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or previous experience
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving mindset, and technical aptitude
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience using CRM or ERP systems such as Oracle, Siebel, BI helpful
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 
  • Ability to organize, prioritize work, meet deadlines, and complete deliverables
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and activities in a timely, organized manner
  • Requires technical skills appropriate to the position
  • Requires strong oral and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with working remotely.
  • Must be a strong team player
Working Conditions (if applicable): 
  • Office setting with remote working at times.
