Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • There is no project directly assigned to these, however we are working in the DataCORE project which is an EMR integration system.
  • This is a technology SWAT team

Experience:

  • Looking for people that are top performers, self-directed, polyglots

Top Requirements:

  • 8+ years Java development experience
  • 2+ years DevOps experience
  • 3+ years Cloud experience.

Team and Team size:

  • Team will be about 4-6 people all with strong technical/architecture skills as we are a SWAT team

Top Responsibilities:

  • Providing guidance on best practices, complex algorithms, code reviews, etc. for other team members
  • Participating in Proof of Technology projects
  • Technical solution analysis and recommendations
  • Framework development
  • Significant hands-on coding is required (inclusive of test automation)
  • Mentorship of other team members is required.

Software tools/skills:

  • Extensive experience with Java and related technologies
  • Experience with Microservice, Streaming, and both SQL and NoSQL database technologies
  • Experience implementing complex, large-scale architectures in a flexible environment
  • Experience leading and mentoring others without direct management (leading without authority)

Interview Process:

  • Interviews will be conducted in tandem via Video Conf and will be a single round with 1-2 people.
  • Interviews will be technical in nature with possible coding exercise and virtual white-boarding.
