Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • Operations/SSMO Support for M&R Member Portals.

Team and Team size:

  • He will be a shared resource/ a contributor supporting the M&R application
  • M&R Engg team is estimated as 50+ people.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience working within ITSM Service Delivery Management or an ITIL environment.
    • a. Capacity Management
    • b. Process Improvement
    • c. Global delivery model
    • d. IT service continuity management
    • e. Availability Management
    • f. Operational Management (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management etc)
  • 5+ years of experience in Operation discipline:
    • a. Configuration Management
    • b. Variance Analysis
    • c. Performance baselines
    • d. Manage RTM
    • e. Forecasting and Reporting
    • f. Risk Management
    • g. Vendor management
    • h. Value Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience of DevOps, Application Maturity and Site Reliability in Unix, Linux, MYSQL, NO SQL and Oracle Platform.
  • 5+ Years of experience in Synthetic, Real Time Monitoring and APM using tools such as HP BSM, HP Sitescope, Dynatrace, Splunk, Systrack/NexThink, Python, newRelic etc
  • 2+ Years of experience on bot/robot based predictive monitoring implementation.
  • 2+ years of experience in AI, ML and DL based monitoring implementation.
  • 5+ Years of Experience in migrating legacy infrastructure to cloud or extensive experience supporting services that are hosted in external cloud infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated success in leveraging technology to meet business objectives.
  • Working knowledge of how business and IT interact and operate together as Product Team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the Healthcare, Insurance or Financial Services industry
  • Ability to demonstrates modernizing operations that resulted in reducing incidents and automating manual tasks through modern reliability engineering.
  • Experienced in the delivery of technology solutions and understanding business requirements.
  • Ability to translate and communicate technology concepts to non-technical employees.
  • Results oriented with a high level of emotional intelligence, strong communication and interpersonal skills, outstanding collaboration, strong influence and consensus building.
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with business executives and key business partners to drive a change.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking abilities and an enterprise-wide perspective.
