This role will be supporting the Commercial IT group - supporting them at a Program Manager Level.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Plan, manage, drive, and track progress of commercialization activities across the sales, marketing, contracting, and customer services teams.
  • Work with Platform executive stakeholders to identify and mitigate risk and issues.
  • Provide weekly status reports that outline completed activities, planned activities, risk, issues, and dependencies.
  • Work with commercial stakeholders across each region to develop region commercial implementation plans with tasks, task owners, and milestone completion dates.
  • Work with commercial teams to standardize commercial implementation plans.
  • Schedule and facilitate program level steering committee meeting, weekly status meetings, and workstream level daily delivery meetings.
  • Identify resource constraints, develop mitigation plans, and present resource constraint mitigation plans to executive stakeholders.
  • Collect and document lessons learned.

EXPERIENCE: 
•    More than 10 years’ experience in Project Management 
•    Full project lifecycle and a minimum of 5 complex projects of more than 2 year duration 
•    Proven knowledge of developing and implementing strategic goals 
•    Resource planning experience 
•    Matrix team management responsibilities 
•    Proven steering group management skills 

EDUCATION: 
•    PMP or Member of Project Management Institute/Association of Project Management 
•    Advanced level of competency in Microsoft Project, Project Server and Office
