Description:

  • Senior Salesforce Engineer, work through stories and tasks in current sprint, work closely with Technical Architect and development leaders on design and architecture, participate in agile scrum based environment, provide mentorship to salesforce engineers.

Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • Chronic Care Management
    • Caring for at-risk populations takes time and attention. Given many competing priorities, physicians have limited time and visibility into what is happening in between visits.
    • Our care team can help your practice manage patient care during that time.
    • Chronic Care Management for Medicare brings clinical expertise and patient-centered approach to drive adherence to provider care plans.
    • Improved coordination of care, increased patient engagement and seamless workflow integration drive sustainable outcomes.With over 25 years of experience, understands the importance of partnering with providers.
    • Serving as an extension of your practice, we help ensure care coordination is focused at the patient level, taking the extra time needed with each patient in between visits.
  • Patient Help Line
    • Provides patients with convenient access to live clinical and non-clinical support any time day or night, connected with you, their trusted provider.
    • By reducing or eliminating on-call workload, physician retention and satisfaction improves.
    • On-demand support helps patients confidently navigate your health care system and guides them to the right level of care.
    • Analytics also enable our team to proactively identify and address a patient’s unique care opportunities, even when unspoken.
    • Navigation support and appointment scheduling, provided by our team, keeps patients within your health system.
    • By guiding patients to the right level of care for their needs, also creates improved health outcomes and financial benefits for value-based care models.

Experience:

  • Health Cloud and Lightning development.

  • Apex development, Lightning development, Health Cloud experience.

Team and Team size:

  • 4 developers, 1QA, 1 product manager.

Top Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for designing and implementing critical customer facing solutions that are highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable on the Force.com platform.
  • This person will be working in a highly Agile environment with a focus on the Salesforce Lightning technology stack. Here are some specific responsibilities for this role:
  • Hands-on and in-depth expertise in configuration and custom development in Salesforce Lightning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Force.com and Lightning Communities including the following technologies but not limited to:
  • Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages and Lightning Components.
  • Salesforce Lightning security and performance features.
  • Apex REST and SOAP Web Services, Apex Callouts, Outbound Messaging and Javascript Remoting.
  • Force.com Workflows, Lightning Flows, and Process Builder.
  • Event messaging, Streaming API and Platform Events.
  • Javascript, CSS and the established frameworks specifically jQuery, Angular and Bootstrap.
  • Effectively collaborate with project team to understand the requirements, analyze them and apply new technologies to implement optimal solutions.
  • Understand Force.com capabilities, governor limits, limit monitoring and best practices for limit-informed development.
  • Understand Object Oriented coding standards, Design Patterns, and similar best practices.
  • Understanding of UX and UI design principles to design and build efficient and intuitive user interfaces.
  • Build integrations to interact with external systems based on instructions and pre-established guidelines from a Technical Architect.
  • Understand the principals of building managed packages for AppExchange and be familiar with the security requirements and guidelines.
  • Working knowledge of Git version control and experience using GitHub or Bitbucket is required.
  • Follow modern Dev-Ops process using Git and Continuous Integration tools.
  • Participate in peer design and code reviews as part of the Dev-Ops process.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues in complex Salesforce applications.
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases and certified at least as Platform Developer I. Platform Developer II is preferred.
  • Working experience in an Agile environment involving sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint demos and retrospectives.
  • Experience with Salesforce HealthCloud is a required.

INTERVIEW PROCESS:

  • Video, first round with manager, 2nd round with product team for more soft skill eval.
  • Manager will ask them to describe and walk through numerous areas of salesforce, the technology, the languages, thought problems, etc..
