  • Answer phone calls for company employees calling in with IT related questions and concerns
  • Provide triage of IT support related issues and determine urgency and impact of related issues
  • Provide front line support and troubleshoot IT related problems from software to hardware
  • Utilize remote desktop support tools to provide support to off-site users
  • Document notes on action taken during troubleshooting
  • Take ownership of reported IT issues and provide the highest level of customer service possible in accordance with service management principles
  • Install, configure and maintain computer assets and peripherals and supported software
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate level of support
  • Troubleshoot basic network problems and assist IT-Infrastructure team as appropriate
  • Provide support for company issued mobile devices
  • Provide support of A/V Equipment located in conference rooms
  • Work directly with IT Purchasing to procure equipment and maintain inventory
