Description:

Provide finance and analytical support for the Mountain West Series. 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain revenue reporting for Series
  • Revenue forecasting and budgeting
  • Vertical revenue reporting
  • Producer joint-venture revenue reporting
  • Manage contingency revenue accounting
  • Assist in annual budget preparation
  • Maintain Producer Scorecard and sales meeting reporting
  • Manage premium finance process
  • Oversee fee management and calculations
  • Manage complex client revenue tracking
  • Oversee Associate referral process
  • Communicate in a positive manner to contribute to a cohesive, pleasant work environment
  • Responsible for regular and punctual attendance
  • Attend staff meetings, department meetings, education workshops, and social functions as requested
  • Perform other work-related duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent education and/or experience required. Degree or specialization in Finance or Accounting preferred
  • 2+ years relevant finance experience required. Insurance experience preferred
  • Expert/Advanced excel knowledge required. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, and Outlook required
  • Strong internal and external customer service skills, along with the ability to develop sound relationships with Producers and Executives
  • Organizational and time management skills to prioritize workload and meet time sensitive deadlines required. Must be able to work under pressure and time constraints. Must be results-oriented with the ability to change priorities as needed
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with people in financial and non-financial roles, including Executives
  • Ability to convey a professional and positive image and attitude, and foster a team-based environment
  • Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft and be away from home more than one day and night
  • Legally able to work in the United States
