Summary of This Role

Senior UX/UI Designer will be responsible for designing the UX and UI across three platforms: web, mobile, and tablet, creating highly intuitive, user-centric experiences and interfaces that incorporate modern best-practices for usability, responsive design, and user engagement. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, CEO, CTO, and the entire engineering team to elaborate on and refine designs prior to handoff to the engineering team for development.




  • Translate business needs and requirements into intuitive and engaging experiences.
  • Lead the UI/UX design process to create elegant and simple solutions to complex visual and interaction design challenges for mobile, web, digital signage, tablet, and more.
  • Ability to quickly build low – high fidelity user prototypes that demonstrate a range of customer journeys and flows, including those outside of the happy path.
  • Create and maintain personas, storyboards, scenarios, interaction/experience flows, design mock-ups, wireframes, prototype specs, navigation maps, and other design documentation.
  • Plan and execute user experience research with clients and client customers.
  • Collect, synthesize, and use data to make design decisions.
  • Collaborate with product and development to continue to evolve and maintain style guides and design pattern libraries.




  • Experience leading a design effort for one or more successful online or mobile products and can walk us through your portfolio and tell a compelling story about the decisions and compromises you made along the way.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive designs and convey these designs via flow diagrams, visual mock-ups, wireframes, prototypes, and clear design specifications.
  • Detail oriented and process driven, able to multi-task across multiple projects.
  • A love for design and delighting users with simple, useful solutions.
  • Curiosity and drive to improve your skills, including trying out new design tools, attending industry events, and downloading new apps to stay current on industry best practices.
  • A history of successful communication and collaboration with other designers, developers, and product management.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Experience designing for responsive web and mobile platforms.
  • Experience using Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other professional design software.
  • BA/BS in design or development related field.
  • Experience creating and managing design standards.
  • Experience with focus groups and other user experience research.
  • 5+ years work experience in UI/UX design role is preferred.
